"The Sheraton hotel is a great place in a perfect location. From the pool you get a fantastic view of the Falls. All the attractions are right there on Clifton Hill. Beautiful gardens in front of the hotel. Parking is valet or public with in and out privileges for both. Fireworks are very good over the Falls every night at 10pm. The pool is adequate sized with a bar. In my opinion they could provide a lot more chairs around the pool. They do have a lifeguard. I’m all I definitely will stay there again, and I would recommend it for my friends!"

"The room.was small but for 2 days it was comfortable. Bed was high if your older age you'll need a step stool to get up. We had the royal falls view room on floor 12 view from room was amazing. Do need to take 2 elevators to reach 12 floor. Great price and stay will be back. "

"We stayed here for 4 days and would definitely stay again. The room was very clean, daily housekeeping (they gave fresh towels daily without asking), and they respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign while my daughter napped. The location is great, very close to all the attractions, but just far enough to be quiet. Staff were friendly and let us check in early with no extra fee. Only downsides: breakfast and parking cost extra (clearly stated when booking but the extra fees for these are typical for Niagara anyway), the pool was a bit cold, and the hotel could use some updates, but for the price, it’s an amazing value. We’ve stayed at other more expensive hotels in Niagara and this hotel had the best service. Overall, no real complaints. We'd recommend it and would definitely stay here again. "
