"Ok"

"Very clean. Great beds. Quiet."

"A heads-up for the next guest staying here: this is a place with no front desk and no one to help you check in. Please, please make sure you have received the entry code before your stay, or you won't be able to open the electronic lock. I would also strongly suggest that the platform double-check the phone number listed for the property, because when I was stuck outside the door, calling that number only got me a voicemail. "The room was nice and clean and front desk staff was friendly and helpful."

"No hot water for a shower, couldn't bring in basic tv, told me to watch YouTube. Their breakfast doesn't start until 8 - hotel was pretty much cleared out by 7:30 so they didn't have to worry about anyone eating breakfast. It was a basic bed, somewhere to sleep but I'd never go back"

"The stuff was very helpful. We checked in late night and they helped a lot for that. Pretty clean and was well maintained. Perfect for groups."

"Everything was old and stinky; the bathroom was dirty and broken. Do not stay here. The breakfast was a bad joke—my family and I hated it."

"We stayed for one night, the room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Being on Lundy’s made it really convenient for the night with a lot to do around us. Would definitely recommend and book again!!"

"We are very happy to stay here. It is close to most everything. Walkable to the falls. The room is awesome and they provide in bed breakfast. Love it!"

"The environment was clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff."

"This place is a quiet and comfy alternative to the hotel district right next to Niagara Falls. While this property is a 5-minute drive from the falls, we prefer not to stay in the middle of noise and traffic, so this B and B suited us well. Daphne the owner is very friendly and helpful, and she prepares a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast. We had the king suite, which was quite comfy."

"Great accommodation, easy to access, great area!"
