The staff saw me struggling to walk with my cane so a employee ran over with a wheel chair and took me all the way to our room and said we can keep it till we check out. She also went back and found the foot pads for the chair which made it easier to elevate the legs. This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. Very clean, modern hotel. Breakfast is so good, with many fresh baked pastries and breakfast pizza. There is also a brewery right next door, so that is a bonus! Highly recommend.

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

Room was so clean Halley who got it ready did a great job and Linda our house keeper was amazing ! We will definately stay again when we are in the area ! All the staff was pleasant, so happy with our stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!

Had an overnight stay and was a lot of fun. Nice rooms, quiet. Lots of dining options. Could have a more of a variety of slot machines. It is a beautiful area too, lots of good scenic views.

Liked how close it is to the Fall festifivities in October, and the stores and restaurants. The breakfast is the best.

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on two separate occasions this past July. It was so wonderful on our first trip; there was no question where we'd stay when we returned to Jamestown.
