The staff was great and I found that it was one of the very few hotels with very secure parking. The hotel is beautiful and the 19th floor overlook is amazing at night. "

"Had a very good stay at Seneca Niagara. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there are new bath towels in the rooms. The towels are actually bathsheets and they're great! So wonderful to have a huge towel. It's a little thing but it really makes the stay perfect! Pool and hot tubs were working and pool area was kept clean throughout our stay."
