"The breakfast was very good and they kept it open for a very nice length of time for vacationers. The parking was AWFUL. The hotel no longer has access to their underground parking, so you have to park down the hill which is a drive away and then walk back up steps to the hotel. (If it is raining, it is awful.) It is not handicapped accessible as of today. They need to make the 4 parking spaces beside the hotel ALL handicapped accessible to be approved, if they even rent 4 rooms as handicapped accessible. Other than that, this hotel is great!!! However, this needs to be addressed immediately! The front desk staff was wonderful!"

"Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly. The view of the falls was incredible. Food and bar downstairs, Starbucks across the street and within walking distance of the falls. You pay to park, but can get a bus pass to travel to all of the attractions, would definitely recommend. We had no issues with our stay, our room was clean and we didn't have to ask for anything. Can't wait to come back"
