Hotel was good with a nice view of the falls. I was disappointed the hotel doesn’t provide water bottles in the room fridge or for us to order. We had to buy it outside. A lot of wear and tear in the room but it was still clean and nice

The overall appearance of the said establishment was very poor! The building was dark, not inviting at all. Some of the staff were not very knowledgeable in the establishment policies. The rooms were in need of major upgrading as there were loose outlets, the taps for the sinks and shower needed ...
