"Very disappointing experience. The bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible for me to sleep at all throughout the night. To make matters worse, the sofa was also broken. A comfortable bed and properly maintained furniture are the bare minimum anyone should expect from a hotel. Unfortunately, this place failed to meet even those basic standards. I paid for a relaxing stay but ended up having a sleepless and uncomfortable night. Definitely not worth the money, and I would...

"The place was clean and safe ! The parking lot was well lit and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Will Definitely stay here again"

"We are very happy to stay here. It is close to most everything. Walkable to the falls. The room is awesome and they provide in bed breakfast. Love it!"

"We stayed off the courtyard. They do not tell you that the second floor has NO elevator access. We had a lot of luggage and two people with mobility issues to get up and down. Very kid friendly property, even hot tubs had kids in and out. Toilets were extremely low and very close to the outside window. Staff was very helpful. Property was clean."

"The friendliness!"

"We were staying in a two-storey building on the second floor, and there was continuous mechanical vibration and noise coming from the roof or corridor throughout the entire night, making it very difficult to sleep."

"Beautiful hotel! Very well appointed room. Clean! Loved the pool and restaurant overlooking the falls. Would stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Knocking at the door and window all night long. Got very little sleep. Need better night time security"

"We had such a great stay at White Oaks! One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the staff were. When we were checking in, one of the staff members heard that we were celebrating my sister's 16th birthday, and we were so surprised to find a little treat waiting for her in the room! It was such a sweet gesture and made our stay feel extra special. It's the little things like that that really make a difference and show that the staff genuinely care about their guests. We really...

"Very decent hotel. Have been booking our stay here every time we go here."

"Everything was great!"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff highly recommend"

"There is no smart tv the hotel is very very old Some if the ice and vending machine is not working . Just be sure when you booked its not FALLS VIEW it a REVIER VIEW which is totally different"

"Very friendly staff Late on cleaning room Shower very hard to activate Noisy AC bugs in bathroom"

"Room was dirty. Ants in the bathroom. Our room was right beside an outside exit door that was constantly being used, extremely loud in our room at all times. Awful stay. Front desk required a $100 credit card deposit or $250 cash deposit just to get checked in, instead of keeping a number on file. Never going to Holiday Inn again."
