"Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay"

"Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location."

"Very charming staff, great breakfast as well as thoughtful service, sorted a breakfast for my hubby to go and even remembered the order next day. Room was lovely and toasty, just what you need after a frolick in the forest. Slept very well. Lots of walks nearby, even saw owls. EXCEPTIONAL food, rare for these days they cater for folks with proper appetites! Loved the friendly field cat! Thank you for a wonderful time we loved it. 🙏"

"Sue and Clive have a well deserved good reputation. We wanted an immersive English countryside experience in a 400 year old Inn, and that is what we got. A delicious full English breakfast is included in the room price."

"Very good"

"Room was clean and fairly basic. Staff were excellent and couldn't be friendlier or more helpful"

"Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk."

"Simply stunning. Beautiful place to relax and unwind. A real luxury feel. Would definitely recommend."

"Stayed for one night on Saturday 17th October. The accommodation wasn't quite as expected, but a pleasant surprise. What I thought we were getting was a 'normal' double room. The actual building is rather old, which reflected on some of the fixtures and fittings. The windows were the original old sash type and actually opened. However,...
