"The hotel was pretty central within Auckland, easy to find. The security deposit of $150 actually takes at least 3 weeks to go back into your bank account...not 3-5 working days as we were told."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and loved it. The beds are really comfy; handy having a kitchen too. Lots of space, & very reasonably priced. Parking in the CBD is generally expensive. Just book the hotel parking if you can; especially if staying 2nights +. Buffet breakfast was okay too. The biggest hurdle is working back up Queen Street, it's a steep climb!"

"Excellent customer service. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and close to plenty of eateries and activities. The only downside to that is hearing sirens quite loudly in the night. Next time I'll just take ear plugs! A great stay. "

"Unwelcoming other guests on the property being issued milk and other food by security guards. On checkin we were given the key to our room. However the room had not been cleaned, unmade bed, used towels all over room, toilet not flushed, alcohol cans in kitchen, not a good welcoming for me & my 13 year old son. We took a refund & left"
