"Great for a wee family getaway. We booked a 2 double bed room with breakfast. When we checked in the staff were all very pleasant, and the lady looking after us brought round a little backpack with slippers, Activites etc which was such a nice touch. Our room was fine, perhaps a little bit worn in th bathroom, but very comfortable with great beds. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. "Excellent customer service. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and close to plenty of eateries and activities. The only downside to that is hearing sirens quite loudly in the night. Next time I'll just take ear plugs! A great stay. "

"Unwelcoming other guests on the property being issued milk and other food by security guards. On checkin we were given the key to our room. However the room had not been cleaned, unmade bed, used towels all over room, toilet not flushed, alcohol cans in kitchen, not a good welcoming for me & my 13 year old son. We took a refund & left"

"We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed."

"Great for a wee family getaway. We booked a 2 double bed room with breakfast. Our room was fine, perhaps a little bit worn in th bathroom, but very comfortable with great beds. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. These were spiderwebs hanging in the corner and dust build up in some places. We had the breakfast included and you certainly would not want to go anywhere else for it. Amazing buffet with so many options, including chocolate fountains, waffles and ice cream for the kids! My favs were the savoury scrolls and the freshly squeezed orange juicer. But everything I had was fantastic. Overall a very good stay, but could just up their housekeeping. "
