This luxury 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House is in a prime location with uninterrupted views of Fistral Beach.The property is located in an Executive Sea Front Crescent, set in its own grounds, secured by electric gates with allocated front & rear parking. The property sleeps up to seven, is spread out over three floors. It comprises three double bedrooms, a lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a utility room.

The accomodation is arranged over three floors;
The second floor has two double bedrooms (front with sea views), & 1 no bathroom.
The ground floor has 1 further double bedroom with a double & single bed,there is also a shower rm with sink & WC located along corridor.
The utility room with washer/dryer is also located on the ground floor.
Lounge/diner: on the first floor with , TV, leather sofas and french doors giving uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen: with gas hob, electric oven,fridge,microwave & dishwasher.

Gorgeous family stay!

We arrived early on Saturday and Neil was fantastic at ensuring we could enter the property at an appropriate time considering we had drove 7 hours through the night from Yorkshire! The house is spacious through out and was perfect for our family of 7 + our dog. The view from the living room was outstanding and we all enjoyed having a brew with a view in a morning! The location is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk to fistral beach - great place for boarding and surfing!! Newquay town is just up the road 10/15 minute walk or a couple of minutes in the car. The house is equipped with everything we needed for our stay- very happy. We would love to book again! (However summer holidays is very expensive!) so hopefully we can save up and come in a few years. Thank you Neil.

No info from vrbo prior to entry

Property nice but nearly didn’t get in because no instructions from vrbo to allow entry! I am very fed up with vrbo- no phone number for vrbo either- website not clear! Upset!

A short break to surf

Really great distance from south fistral, easy to walk down to the sea with surfboards and also only a short distance into the town.

Idyllic

2nd year in a row staying in the property. The location is perfect for a family stay with teens!! Close enough to the beach they can sleep in & meet you there later or just nip back for lunch!! Excellent host who is on hand if an issue develops!! The house just has all that we need for a home from home but in a beach location!!

Great house, great location

We have stayed at this property several times now, as always really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing overlooking fistral beach. Approx 20 min walk to town, handy for everything. It is very clean and well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending it!

Excellent Property

This property was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the beach and centre of Newquay. The host was just at the end of the phone for some advice we needed. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.

Easter break

The property was well appointed we had plenty of room and were not on top of each other. Only slight critic was check in time as with we are no longer living covid restrictions, the bed in the bottom room was very hard and we would have liked spare dishwasher tablets washing tablets or bin liners

Home away from home but on the beach!!

Not much can be said other than the property was perfect for our family. Location // size // comfort // views // kitchen // parking - all perfect. A teenager & a pre-teen able to have their own space was something we had yet to discover on holiday!! What a revelation!! And, they were 2 floors apart - even better. The kids were happy; more importantly the wife was happy!!

Enjoyable

We wanted something close to the beach for 4 adults and 2 children particularly with having bodyboarding- this property gave us everything we needed. Our 8 year old cried when time to go home wanted to stay a lot longer !

Second year we have stayed here.

We are a family of 5. Grandparents, parents and 4 year old grandchild plus small pooch. This property was perfect for our needs last year which is why we booked again for this year. Met our expectations. Lovely house in fab location. We had a great holiday and look forward to coming back.

Fabulous view

We booked this rather last minute as we sadly had to come down to Cornwall for a funeral. What a great find this property was. Spacious - plenty of room for 5 adults. The view was beautiful looking over the sea. Very handy location. We were lucky it was available for the dates we needed. Would suit families with children too. Great to have the garden as an extra place to sit out for meals.

Lovely view and spacious apartment in a great location

Very easy to organise the holiday , procedures in place regarding cleaning were through and we felt safe throughout our stay. Gorgeous location and view, only a short walk to the beach, great for surfing and an easy walk into Newquay town. Neil was prompt to respond to any queries we had during our stay. We would recommend this apartment to families and large groups. We enjoyed our stay and are looking at booking again for next year!

Great House and Location

This property is absolutely fabulous and in a great location just across the road from Fistral beach. The layout is great and the views from the front windows are amazing. There was plenty of room for our party and we managed to get some quiet time on our own as we opted for the downstairs bedroom and left the others in the 2 upstairs rooms. All beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage. The information provided by Neil before our stay was excellent, thank you Neil for everything

Perfect

A fantastic property in a brilliant location. Perfect for our family of 5 with kids aged 12,11 and 7. We surfed alot, shopped in Newquay, ate breakfast at sun spray( pricey but such a fab location), dinner at the concho lounge (yummy), sixty bistro (not so good), stables ( fantastic pizza) and lunch atfistral andchips( amazing). We also caught the ferry to Crantockbeach and did all that without once getting the car. Weather was iffy. It didn't matter. Great to watch a yellow weather warning storm hitting g fistral from the comfort of your ' own' home with a Gin and tonic in hands. Thanks for a great week. Kids are alreadyadkung to come again !
