"Hotel and spa fab. Staff lovely. Enjoyed food and drinks in the bars/restaurants. Spa great and relaxed vibe across hotel. Only reason to drop a star was our room was quite noisy at night possibly from fans outside? Room 331 Would return 👍"

"I liked this hotel, and it is in a great location. We had 2 rooms with sea views, and that was great. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were generally fantastic. I had a bit of an issue the first night with our room and wind whistling through a window, but I was moved with no qualms to a much bigger room that was much better. I believe this was a family room. The hotel is a bit of a warren to navigate as it is quite sprawling, but this is a minor thing in my eyes. I would go back"

"Hotel was in a great location the staff were friendly room was basic but clean with a nice comfy bed there was tea coffee and complimentary water The shower was a bit temperamental running hot and cold The toilet was quite loose the screws were hanging out also the window wouldn't open as the handle was broke but I only mentioned this in checkout but this didn't bother me I'm sure they would have sorted it or moved me to another room if I would have asked them at the beginning For the price I paid it was good value compared to other hotels and if visiting Newquay again I would quite happily book this hotel again"
