This prestigious spacious apartment with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms has recently been built and finished to an exceptionally high standard by awarding winning builders, Legacy Properties. It comes with private gated parking at the back with a code which will be shared upon arrival. At the front of the building there is also communal shower for use only by the owners and their guests.
There is a welcome pack upon arrival and all the codes are available for your convenience.

This spacious apartment itself includes underfloor heating, Sonos with inbuilt ceiling speakers, a 40" Smart TV in the main living area, 32" Smart TVs in both bedrooms. There is a luxury Treyone kitchen including integrated appliances including the latest NEFF oven, Microwave and Dishwasher. A Nespresso machine is also available. The living area is a large relaxing space which offers breath-taking views across Fistral Beach and the Golf Course. There is a beautiful dining table and chairs, together with a large bespoke L-shaped sofa which will allow you to sink and relax in comfort as you watch the surfers, the surf and of course, our fantastic British weather change before your eyes.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with a stunning en-suite double "rain-drop" shower. The second bedroom can accommodate another couple, friends or children with two single beds which zip together to make a Super Kingsize bed. There is also a separate bathroom complete with bath and shower. Cowshed and Spa products including shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience together with luxury linen, towels, a hairdryer and a pair of GHDs.

The apartment directly overlooks Fistral Beach so the views are exceptional allowing you to absorb the activities which are taking place. For any keen storm watchers, the location is perfect. It's a fantastic viewing area from both the balcony and inside. The location of the apartment directly outlooks the sea front so you only have to cross Esplanade Road and down the steps past the Seaspray cafe to the Beach. (only open in the summer months)

Beach addicts will also love the fact that after a day on the beach, they can access the Fistral Apartments' communal shower at the front of the building to wash off before entering the apartment building.

As much as this apartment would suit families and friends who would like some time away together, this beautiful new build is a calming and relaxing space which is also perfect for single travellers who would like some downtime away from it all.
