"If it says there is air conditioning THERE IS NOT!! Did get a fan from the desk tho but very stuffy since it’s an old building. Temp was 33 degrees! The shower wasn’t clean and found someone’s hair in there. The only good thing about this place is they let me park there way before check in time and it’s literally 3 min walk to the beach which is why I wanted to stay there in the first place. But I wouldn’t stay there again."

"The wife and I stayed here for 2 nights for a short break in the New Forest. The hotel was great, our room was light and airy. Although a little warm because of the heat wave we were able to open windows on both sides that brought in a draft in the evening which quickly cooled the room down, that and use of the excellent shower meant that we coped easily. Each room also has a small allocated outdoor space which was particularly welcome during the hot weather and we enjoyed some fish and chips on...

"What a lovely place to stay, the location was great with parking nearby. Shops and restaurants and bars were of walkable distance, rooms had everything we needed and staff were friendly and more than helpful with any other needs. The lovely continental breakfast and fresh coffee was a real treat."
