Welcome to Pier View Unit B. Same property (100+ 5 star reviews on prior Airbnb listing) but new listing and owner run!! This beautiful ocean view, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is steps to the beach, and a walking distance to bike rentals, coastal bike trails, the Balboa Ferry, dining, and the Newport Beach Pier. Complete with full kitchen, linens, parking for 1 vehicle, beach toys and close access to shopping, beautiful beaches, or hop on the Balboa Ferry to enjoy an afternoon on Balboa Island.

This unit is fantastic for those with children or a getaway for adults. It is equipped with a fully functional kitchen including appliances, quart tabletops, a dining room, and wood throughout the unit. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this condo. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with an adjoined bathroom. Bedrooms two and three include queen-sized beds. All rooms come equipped with ceiling fans and flat screen tv’s for comfort and enjoyment. For easy parking, there is a spot in the garage reserved for this unit. Along with the parking place, this unit comes with its own washer and dryer, high speed internet, beach toys, towels, and chairs. Make traveling with young children easier using the provided highchairs and pack-n-play.

Experience the beach lifestyle with easy access to the sand, nearby restaurants, and shops. Discover the charm of Newport Beach, enjoy seaside dining, and browse unique boutiques. This lively beach community offers plenty of options for relaxation and adventure.

A local experience by the pier is the seafood market that runs from Wednesday through Sunday. Make sure to get there early as they open at 6am and are only open until they sell out. The Sunday farmers market is also notable for its natural produce, artisan jewelry and artwork, as well as fresh pastries and breads. The local vendor pop-up shops are open on Sundays from 9am-1pm. Huntington Beach Pier and Pelican Hill Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Crystal Cove State Park and Orange County Great Park. Consider The Observatory for a night out or Newport Harbor Nautical Museum if traveling with kids.

This unit is right on off the beach - from the balcony you can see the ocean- literally steps from the sand - food - pier and so beach walking path! Loved this location - will definitely be back!

Great place seconds from the beach

I had a set of meetings in Newport and usually stay at the lido house or a nearby hotelI really enjoyed this instead. It was great to have a kitchen and a garage. I walked and jogged along the beach everyday and took amazing photos of the sunrise and sunset. 100% recommend

Family beach trip

Wonderful stay at this Newport Condo. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Most the time the kids and I walked to the sand barefoot. Had everything needed for a family of 5+. Great playground a 5 minute walk away and a grocery store less than a mile down the road. Will stay again!

Great beach spot

This has been our go to condo in Newport for the last several years. Always clean and located in a great area, within walking distance to the sand and our favorite restaurants. The deck has a view of the beach and pier. We really appreciate the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and all the household accessories. Everything was perfect, except for the clothes dryer, which seemed to have an issue with the heating unit that may need repair.

This is the perfect location! So close to everything. A few steps to the beach, and food right around the corner. The house was very clean! Comfy beds, great ac/heat, and we loved having a garage with beach chairs and toys! We definitely want to stay here again.

Family Trip

Had a great time staying for a weekend at this condo. 3 spacious bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Location was everything, 1 house from the beach with beach views. 1 block from the main section with restaurants, bars, dessert, and coffee shops. Farmers market comes on Sunday. There was street noise and could hear if any of the neighbors in the complex were on their balconies hanging out but certainly some bedrooms quieter than others. Didn’t mess with anyone’s sleep but sensitive sleepers would be bothered.
