Brand new construction, nicely furnished, great views. LOTS of steps to get to the front door. Garage was 3 stories below the front door on a very narrow staircase. We liked the workout but if you have anyone who isn't able to climb 10 flights of steps a day, could be tricky. You can drop someone off at the top of the house. The dryer didn't dry and was VERY loud, which was surprising because it is brand new. The bedrooms are nicely appointed with plenty of drawer and hanging space, great linens, beautiful bathrooms with supplies. We will stay again once the construction next door is over---amazing beach access and nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, the construction is very loud and constant all day starting at 7:30AM on the button until 4:30 or 5PM, even though the hours are 7:30-3:30.
