"Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer."

You can see Nubble Lighthouse from the front living room all day (and night) long. Partner that with beaches, shopping, and anything you could need writhing 15 minutes of driving and this is a true winner! The hosts are so accommodating and friendly. When we could not locate a hair dryer, we had one within ten minutes, and even on a rainy day Phyllis was quick to text and...

"Very cozy cottage for an individual or couple. Located in a larger vacation cottage neighborhood. Easy immediate access to Short and Long Sands beaches on foot or by car. Pleasant area to walk and enjoy beautiful ocean vistas as soon as you leave the complex. About a mile walk to Nubble Lighthouse. A lot of other awesome opportunities to sightsee, dine, explore nearby. Interior clean, bright and well stocked. Beach inspired. Enjoyed my stay."

"Our son and granddaughter live in Dover so we always find a place to stay so we can visit. This was one of our favorites. Right on bear lake beautiful sunsets the water was warm enough to swim. There was kayaks there to use. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes,seasoning. We had a great time. Just be careful driving in the road is pretty rough."

The location was right near everywhere we needed to be (we were in town for a wedding). We flew into Boston and getting to the rental from there was very easy. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Came to town for a family gathering - 40+ from coast to coast. Loved coming back after our nightly gatherings and relaxing - LOL. The last evening everyone came out for a Happy Hour/Trivia night. The main room is so spacious and holds so much character - it was an ideal spot. Afterwards, we walked across the bridge to Perkins Cove to enjoy the many dinner options. Communication was good, place was clean and comfortable. The host, and family, were friendly and helpful. I would love to return!"

"Was nice, but think they could have more updated furniture/ essentials. Have to bring your own linen, cheap 4 cup Mr. Coffee pot, have to bring own toilet paper and no washes/ shampoos etc provided. Think the listing needs to say this."

"We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit at your cottage. The location was superb, the furnishings comfortable, and our dog enjoyed sunning himself. No serious concerns, but some quirks: We didn't know if there were existing pantry items provided, so we acquired them from the local Hannaford. But, would suggest having some basics available, such as sugar and inexpensive spices. The instruction booklet for the cottage seemed to be for a different property, based on some of the references. We had trouble...

"Perfect location for a long weekend getaway! We were a five minute walk from Perkins Cove, where we enjoyed lovely restaurants, the Marginal Way and a peaceful coastal Maine atmosphere. Gloris and Bernie were friendly, attentive and provided us with a wonderful base for our travels. We hope to be back!!"
