"Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"10/10 recommend! Phyllis was an excellent hostess. Most of our time in the cottage was spent in the sunroom facing the ocean and the light house. Absolutely stunning views of the sunrise. The cottage backs up to Fox’s lobster house which concerned us at first. The crowd is low key and it closes early so it worked out. Highly recommend the lobster roll and blueberry pie at Fox’s! I enjoyed 4-5 mile runs each morning with a fantastic route through the neighborhood to long sands beach. This place...

"Our son and granddaughter live in Dover so we always find a place to stay so we can visit. This was one of our favorites. Right on bear lake beautiful sunsets the water was warm enough to swim. There was kayaks there to use. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes,seasoning. We had a great time. Just be careful driving in the road is pretty rough."

The living room is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is located behind the main house with lots of privacy. "Came to town for a family gathering - 40+ from coast to coast. Loved coming back after our nightly gatherings and relaxing - LOL. The last evening everyone came out for a Happy Hour/Trivia night. The main room is so spacious and holds so much character - it was an ideal spot. Afterwards, we walked across the bridge to Perkins Cove to enjoy the many dinner options. Communication was good, place was clean and comfortable. The host, and family, were friendly and helpful. I would love to return!"

"Was nice, but think they could have more updated furniture/ essentials. Have to bring your own linen, cheap 4 cup Mr. Coffee pot, have to bring own toilet paper and no washes/ shampoos etc provided. Think the listing needs to say this."
