"The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with."

"Location was awesome, very close to the beach, and boardwalk. The Parking was great even for larger vehicles. The deck was great, we spent much of our time there when we had to be in the unit. We new upfront this was your typical outdated beach house and we were not expecting the Ritz, we thought we knew what to expect, however, it was just plain dirty, actually unsanitary. We spent the first couple hours of our vacation trying to clean it up enough to a point where we thought we could stick it...

"I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again!"
