"The breakfast was good, but let down by being a little cold. The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. "We had a fabulous stay at The Beach House and was perfect for our requirements for a long weekend to visit and celebrate an elderly parent's birthday who live locally and with family who live in Porthtowan. Whilst we used it as a base and for breakfast, it was very condrtsbke for 6 adults and 1 teenager. The beds were extremely comfortable with big feather duvets and luxury bed linen and their was plenty of hot water for all the bathrooms and showers. The views are stunning and worth the steps...
