"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"Upon meeting Lyndsay she assured me there would be a microwave and a coffeemaker available for use during my stay as well as use of her washing machine and a space heater in my room if I needed it. The first night her boyfriend asked if I wanted him to put the coffeemaker in the garage so I could use it and I said I wouldn't need it for the next morning as I had planned on sleeping in. "We were in Santa Clarita for a soccer program and needed a home base between sessions. This condo was perfect! Location: easy to access from major roads, close to dining and shops. Unit: the layout with the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo was perfect for traveling with a teen - everyone got their own space.
