"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"Upon meeting Lyndsay she assured me there would be a microwave and a coffeemaker available for use during my stay as well as use of her washing machine and a space heater in my room if I needed it.
