"The only negative thing about this hotel is the parking. The rooms are nice, the restaurant has a decent menu, (no cash, though, only credit cards). But the parking situation is not great. Only 2 handicap parking spots. For a hotel this size, that’s ridiculous."

"We were warmly welcomed by staff who were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate with all of the amenities we could have wished for. The restaurant was excellent- again staff very attentive, friendly and had a sense of humour! Breakfast was well worth payimg for-plenty of choice and lots of variety for those with special dietary requirements. We slept soundly as the bed was very comfy! Also really enjoyed access to the spa!Would definitely visit again!"

"Very warm welcome when we arrived Friendly helpful staff through out the hotel I have had lunch a few times and the food is very good. The rooms were clean and well equipped with everything you should need for your stay I will definitely be returning."

"Great property. Nothing negative to say about it. The bar is a great place to unwind. Friendly staff. Our family room (with bunk beds) was spacious, clean & well appointed. Perfect location if you're starting or ending your day with a visit to Fountains Abbey as its only a few minutes away. Great place!"
