"Lovely modern flat. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Communication from the owner was great from booking to departure. Local shop (5mins walk) and nice pub a short walk (20mins ish) in next village. Easy drive to Harrogate and various walks in Yorkshire Dales."

"Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree on arrival. Excellent facilities, WiFi, washing machine and super cooking area. The breakfast across the street included was super fresh fruit, full English, full menu available included. We've booked again for December this year. "Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) Property...

"Great central apartment. 5star accommodation and sooo quiet. Everything within walking distance and parking within gated area excellent. Lovely and warm. All kitchen needs excellent. Bed so comfortable. Short fantastic and a bath. Would love to stay again."

"We chose the apartment for a 2 night stay as we were going to a day spa at the Devonshire arms at Bolton Abby - about 30 minutes drive away. It was lovely with fun decor - just as on the photo. Spacious for 2 people and well equipped. The Wellington inn in Darley was a short drive away and does fabulous food! My only watch out is that if you are tall, the beds do have ends so might not work (my husband is 6 6 and would not be comfortable)."
