"Room was nice. Staff were nice. Was quiet throughout the night. Only complaint was the mattress was hard as a rock."

"The hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that there was no variety in the breakfast over the four days"

Comfort Inn Mayfield Heights Cleveland East

"I travel for work a lot. I've stay at so nice places and some terrible places. This one was one of the nicest places I've stayed for the price! I will stay here again next time I am in the area. It was clean, well kept, smelled great, comfortable, quite, and in a nice safe part of town."
The Glidden House
10/10 Excellent
"This is the 1st hotel I have stayed in where the heating/air conditioning system did not sound like a jet taking off. A formal home that has beautiful details. Nice lounge/bar area. Great breakfast."

"Nice place. Only got to stay 2 nights. Didn't want to leave. I liked it and I would go back again for sure. Nice location. Clean room, Staff was friendly. Everything I look for in a hotel was there but Cleanliness is key with me and thats why I chose it. Thanks"
Holiday Inn Express Mentor Banquet Center by IHG
8/10 Good
"It was really irritating that (1) despite listing a coffeemaker in every room, it had none; (2) it had zero cups of any sort. The Front Desk's reply to these was that these were the new policy, a corporate (or "brand") decision. Really?? No cheap little plastic cup to rinse out toothpaste or get a sip of water? Guess we'll make a decision to avoid the brand then."
