"The staff was delightful and the atmosphere was welcoming. There is easy access but be aware that the front door opens directly on to a street. The bathrooms are a bit small but the room was comfortable and well appointed. There is a large outdoor patio and recreation area. We were disappointed that the talented staff in the dining room do not offer breakfast."

"Overall the stay was good. My only complaint would be in the morning, the housekeeping staff was congregating in a doorway by the coffee, opposed to 4 feet inside the door where there was plenty of room for the morning check in. It was difficult to navigate through the group with luggage and the cart."

"The hotel was very nice and super convenient while going to Cleveland Clinic. The walkway between the hotel and hospital made things super easy. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The room was nice, although the bed was a little hard for my liking."

"Really nice hotel. The staff was extra nice. Excellent breakfast and perfect shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. The night manager coached me with great patience and in detail how to take the bus/train to the airport from a stop right in front of the hotel. Cost $5 and faster (especially during rush hour) then a $55 taxi ride."
