"First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend. Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask. Update the facility and this would be a 10 hotel to stay at. We would gave the facility a 4 (bed was comfortable) but the staff a 12 out of 10! They were that great! Overall because of the staff we would give it an 8.5."

"The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for shopping, biking, & hiking. And only 5 minutes from the lake and 10 minutes from downtown. The outside of the motel could use some cleaning and sprucing up. "
