"We were greeted with a dirty room with ash on the comforter, remotes between the wrinkled sheets, the television was still on, and food was on the floor. The desk clerk blamed us for the mess because it took us 10 minutes to walk into the building, so even on camera showing we exited the room immediately, we somehow got the room dirty. Then the clerk stood behind bullet proof glass (imagine staying some place that unsafe) claiming he was going to call the police if we didn't agree to a partial refund or sleep in someone else's dirty sheets. He also said the hotel is privately owned and calling his boss to complain will do nothing. We had to go through Expedia to get it sorted out. Plan to sleep in someone else's bedding and deal with staff behind bullet proof glass if you stay here."
