"Stayed 2 nights. Elevator was out of service the morning of day 2. Cleaning staff was not accommodating with providing additional towels. Guests were lounging "

"Hotel was gross. We didn’t even realize until the next day that our room probably wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We found a pill package on the floor (s*x enhancement pills from gas station!!!) - so gross! The couch in the room had a bunch of black spots on it. Our window also didnt have blinds to block the light out. We just had a sheer blind. We later realized other rooms had real blinds! The condition of the building was poor. Hallways would smell like cigarettes and stale air. Found peeling paint and cracks in our room. The carpet looked dirty. No toothbrushes or extra grooming amenities available in the room. You must call the front desk and pick it up. Morning breakfast was not good at all as well. Overall the experience was very disappointing, we regret spending our money here, even if it was 1 night. Also we paid $40 in parking fees!!! Leaving the parking lot was $20 each time. An absolute rip-off. So disappointing, please look for other hotels in the area. We only chose this place because it had excellent reviews, can’t believe we ended up with this experience "

"No ice in the machine, air conditioning didn’t work on a whole floor, staff not very polite, overall is outdated property, didn’t feel it was worth the value. Parking $20 USD and valet asked for a tip. Was definitely ready to leave after one night. "

"Clean and comfortable room. Tiny bathroom but not a deal breaker. Affordable stay for wanting to get into the city and not wanting Manhattan prices. Would stay again! "

"Waited for almost one hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, even though the ride from the airport to the hotel is about 7 min . . . so the shuttle should be arriving approx. every 15min. We had booked a room for 5, and the pull-out sofa was not made. The front desk informed me that there is bedding in the closet, so we were able to do it ourselves, but it should have been made prior to our arrival. The breakfast variety was very good and tasty."
