8/10 Good
"GREAT location. I've stayed in the Times Square area multiple times, but this was the best by far. Super convenient. We arrived early, so we decided to stop by and drop off our luggage. But instead, they offered to give us the room early at extra $25. So convenient! Shower pressure was very low, and there was no body wash in the dispencer, but that wasnt a huge deal. The AC was not working when we got there, but the maintenance person came immediately and fixed it for us. So all was good. They let us leave our luggage after checkout at no extra cost, which was a plus too. Extra fleece blanket in the closet was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable too. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, an excellent hotel!"
