"Unable to understand with the staff on my arrival. It was so frustrating!! Other than that nice atmosphere."

"So Pretty and clean the place"

"Excelente Todo"

"Very nice and friendly staff. It was a great place."

"It was a lovely and relaxing say!"

"This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The room smelled funny when we walked in. Noticed spots on the floor. Found the floor was filthy. Tried to call front desk and the phone didn't work. Walked to front desk and got housekeeping to clean floor. Guest services followed up by text. Poor communication. Never got a chance to talk to a person. Girl at front desk tried to help best she could. No manager to speak to. Lounge chairs by the pools were well worn and splitting. Walking the property at night we...

"Property was in poor shape and all the balcony’s were off-limits due to “structural integrity” concerns"

"our second time. we had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready, and the room they gave us was next to some noisy partygoers. had to complain the next day to ask for another room elsewhere and they eventually moved us, but only after alot of prodding. The vibe and atmosphere was different, so we will try a different property next time"

I will note that you need to add the daily resort fee to your room charge and tax to estimate the daily rate for staying...

"Great location"

"This was an amazing find. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the room had everything we needed and more, the morning coffee was delicious, and the location was nice and quiet. We would absolutely stay again if we are in Key West."

"The hotel location, cleanliness and view are awesome. No complaints about anything. The unlimited cold water bottles were icing on the cake. If I’m so happy with a partial sea view room, I’ll be even happier with an oceanfront room. Maybe next time."
