Completely fenced yard. 6 miles from New Smyrna Beach Parking/Flagler Avenue. 1.3 Miles from grocery. 3.8 miles from Sugar Mill Ruins. 8 minutes from Walmart. Watch launches easily from the area.

Custom built, open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen area. Snooker/pool table graces the living space upon entry.
Large bedroom attached to a full bathroom with a beautifully designed tiled shower. Wood laminate floors throughout.

Work space with desk and chair is included in extra sleeping space with single bed and full size sofa sleeper bed

Quiet, private neighborhood. Three neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.
No pets allowed.
