"We stayed in Winnie’s condo for 2 weeks in May and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent and lacked nothing. It even had a slow cooker. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample closet space. The condo was a few steps from the on-site pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda and made good use of the dining table and the couch was very comfortable. Winnie was there to greet us and made us a carrot cake....

"We vacationed with a party of 7. The house was perfect and has an amazing view! Well maintained, clean. Florian was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond!! He met us at the property and showed us where to find grocery store and a few good places to eat. He even gave us a ride! The grocery store is within walking distance as is the liquor store. Blue Sail is also close by. We went twice :). Thanks again for making our trip one to remember!"

"This property is very clean, comfortable and tastefully done. Winnie was very responsive and easy to work with. We had 2 young children with us and she helped us with cribs and high chairs. The Beach Club is very nice. We enjoyed the beach, pool, restaurants and water sports. You do have to pay extra for that which is unfortunate. The golf cart was definitely necessary. We did have a small pool nearby which was fun for the kids."

"This home is lovely! Clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was very quiet and easy to find. It was a bit of a drive into the more touristy areas for shopping and restaurants, but it was worth it for our family to stay together in a home rather than separate hotel rooms at a much higher cost."

"The villa was perfect! Bedrooms are big and comfortable. The outdoor amenities were perfect for those who want privacy on a beautiful beachfront property. We went from the ocean to the pool to the lounge chairs most days and when we went out to get groceries or visit Baha Mar or dine at a restaurant they were only a 5 minute drive away."

"We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. The location was a short walk over to Atlantis and all of the shops and restaurants near there. All of the shuttle buses to activities knew exactly where the villa was. The owners had a lot of suggestions for restaurants and activities. Prior to arrival, we got an email with taxi, diving, restaurant, and...

"Our stay at Water's Edge was absolute perfection. The house and location were everything we wanted. It felt safe and secluded. We spent a whole day at the house in the pool and snorkeling in the ocean. Being able to step directly into the ocean from the patio was so much fun. And waking up to a sunrise over the water was so beautiful. Mark was very communicative and helpful for planning our trip. HIGHLY recommend Monique and Big Mama for all your transportation needs. We can't wait to come back...

"Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. Thanks Jordan!"

"Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio. The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient. We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas."

"Stayed 5 days, 3 adults a 14 yr old and a 10 year old. Place is clean. No issues. The beach is great. Be aware to have a driver take you for groceries. We did not buy any of the resort amenities so can't speak to that. Ate at the restaurant next door once. Was over $300 for the 5 of us. That including a couple drinks for everyone. Call Vincent for transportation if you are a large group. He is the best. 1 (242) 438-5020."

"This is our 3rd time staying in the unit. Great location and staff is responsive to requests. It's not fancy but good for a relaxing family vacation on the ocean and walking distance to Atlantis."

"This place is amazing! Fany took and Auroa were amazing to deal with! Snorkelling out front was so much fun. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but still so much to do in the area. The bus stop was a 20 second walk away which will take you anywhere on the island. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect on a rainy day with the big bay windows overlooking the ocean. Would definitely stay here again 10/10"

"This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. If you want access to the club (bar, pool, beach chairs) you’ll have to pay $20 a day for 3 consecutive days for each person in your group over 5 years old. It’s worth it for the access to the...
