Welcome to our charming apartment in central New Plymouth.
A minute's walk to the coastal walkway & few minutes walk to our many good restaurants, cafes, shops & Art & Culture hub, with Puke Ariki Museum, Govett Brewster Art Gallery and the Len Lye Centre nearby.
1/2 hr walk or 6 minute drive to Bowl of Brooklands concert venue.

This lovely character filled apartment is on the ground floor of the Heritage listed Devonport Apartment building, which has recently had extensive Earthquake strengthening work completed.

Full kitchen, dining & living room, bathroom, laundry & two bedrooms.
Additional beds are a Queen size sofa bed in the lounge and a King Single bed in the sunroom.
Ideal for 2 couples, however can handle maximum occupation of 7.

Wi/fi internet with unlimited data on Ultra Fast Fibre.
Nespresso machine, Coffee plunger/French Press.
Air Fryer (as well as a microwave, full oven & cook-top).
43" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Neon and Free-view, or log in to your own streaming services.

Windows along the road frontage are double glazed and laminated to minimize traffic noise.

Strict BodyCorp rules regarding noise levels both during the day and at night and firm "No Pets" and "No Parties" policy. The onsite Building Managers run a tight ship to ensure residents and guests enjoy a quiet and safe environment.

NO SMOKING or vaping in the apartment or anywhere in the carpark or common areas of the complex. Therefore if anyone in your group is a smoker, this location might not be the right fit for you.

Nice clean apartment. Very warm. Beds most comfortable. Easy to find and great location. All communications great. Only one concern and that was the bed in the sunroom didnt workfor us. . The curtains didnt shut out the light and it was noisy for sleeping. Albeit the two bedrooms were great. In fairness to the owners the property was advertised as a 2 bedroom. I hoped the sunroom would work for my grand daughter but it just didnt. In saying that as a 2 bedroom it was lovely and would certainly recommend it.

Stay at Devonport unit, New Plymouth
We had a very nice few days in New Plymouth staying at Jackie's unit. It was very clean and spacious, lots of room for the 3 of us but could easily cope with up to 5. The unit is right by the road but the traffic noise wasn't a problem due to the double glazing. Great location for centre city, museum and coastal path. A big highlight for us was walking around the botanic gardens - a beautiful place! Scott's shuttle service from airport cost $38 total and took about 20 mins. Thanks Jackie, we hope to come back soon!

What a Fantastic Apartment
We really enjoyed our stay. The Apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and so handy to the walkway, wind wand, museums, shops and other attractions. The beds are very comfortable which is really important to us ! We would very happily stay again. I would highly recommend this Apartment.
