As you enter the driveway, you will be welcomed by breathtaking un-obstructed waterfront ocean and rural views. This property is perfectly situated at the start of the Award Winning Scenic Coastal Walkway, ideal for biking and leisurely strolls along the beach.

The apartment boasts spectacular blue water ocean views from every room. The modern, well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. Open the two large sliding doors in the living and dining areas to let in the fresh salty air and listen to the waves.
