Spread over two spacious floors the main living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen are north facing with a blue water vista and romantic sunsets . A bright, sunny relaxed space with doors flowing to the deck where you can soak up the sea air while you watch the surfers and windsurfers. On this level, you are greeted with two bedrooms, the master with a comfortable king bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath, separate shower room and toilet room.
Head downstairs where expansive space welcome you, there is the bonus of a second lounge area, kitchen bench and additional fridge, dining area and an additional two beds, a comfortable double bed and a single bed. There is also a further bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunks with a single trundler bed. A second bathroom with shower and toilet. Extra features include a washing machine, unlimited Wifi and off street parking.
Enjoy amazing coffee and brunch at the renown Federal Store, enjoy a takeout from The Reef Sushi or The Little Fed for some home baking, some of the best cuisine in town and only a short stroll away. Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't always supplied.
