We were in town for Taylor Swift and stayed at Colleen's place. She was SO welcoming, and we enjoyed her home so much. There was room for everyone and we were close to all the major attractions. We will not hesitate to book with her again if we return to New Orleans.

We loved our stay at this property in New Orleans. Colleen was hospitable and great to work with. Her home is a clean and relaxing place to come back to after a long day exploring the city of New Orleans. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again!

This property was a great home away from home for our 1-week visit to New Orleans. Large and incredibly clean, the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and huge kitchen left us with more than enough space to relax at the end of a long day of visiting this exciting city. We used Uber and public transportation to get around with ease. Everything you need is in this lovely residential neighborhood. The private courtyard is a nice bonus! The hosts were quick to respond to questions and concerns. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to New Orleans. Highly recommended.

Great layout of property. Quiet street with very little traffic. Colleen & Huey met us at check-in and showed us the property. It is much better when using vrbo to deal with owners versus a management company middleman.

When we arrived Huey and Colleen had previous sent the instructions on the check in process which was a seamless process. This is a 3 bedroom with 2 bath. They have everything that you need from Soap to a washer and dryer. We did have a small issue but Huey came in and promptly assisted us. Everything we needed was either in walking distance or within 10 minute drive. If you stop by Hey Cafe make sure try the Hey Biscuit Sandwich.

Room for everyone in uptown was just what we were looking for. Accommodations were perfect. Space was quiet. And super easy to get to anywhere we were looking to go. Huey helped with any needs we had and had excellent recommendations to assist with our day trip plans. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfy space in uptown!

My friends and I chose this B&B for our well overdue "Girls Trip"/reunion. It was perfect! The pictures don't at all do it justice. I do wish it were a bit closer to the French Quarters, but with that being said we explored so many places (Magazine Street, Garden District) that we likely would not have if we hadn't stayed in this area. We would definitely stay here again!

Colleen was a wonderful host. Responded quickly to any of our needs. We asked for recommendations for a few things. All were great. The house was clean. Felt very safe and secure. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the off street parking.

This by far was one of the nicest vrbo properties we have stayed out. This is our 6th year traveling to New Orleans for Jazz Fest & we have stayed in all districts. There was 4 of us girls traveling together. This was like a home for us, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and large kitchen , dining room and living room. We were comfortable & felt safe. Could hear the owners upstairs a little, but they probably could hear us. We were up early and gone all day, not back to property until 11:00 pm or so. We would stay here again. Mary

In the words of my 2.5 yr old grandson, "This is the Best Place Simie! I love this house". It was the perfect size, location and my grandson found treasures all over the house! I think he fell in love when he found a basket of tub toys! We could walk a couple of blocks to Freret Street for great restaurants and the best Bagels ever! Rouses was also right around the corner, and it was just a short jog to CVS too! Easy to get around to all the venues we needed to go to for the wedding and then a perfect day at the zoo! Highly reccommend this rental and we sure hope to be back! Plus, the gated courtyard was perfect for fun with a toddler and coffee in the am!
