"Clean room. Nice staff"

"The staff was fine but completely overworked and underpaid. When we arrived at 10:45 PM at night there wasn't anyone at the front desk for about 15 minutes. Then a man came in who was sweating from apparently cleaning rooms. We were told our room wasn't ready yet! Check- in was at 3 PM, and it was 10:45 PM! So, we had to wait some more for bed linens to be put on. I can't even go into more details, but suffice it to say this did not seem to be the staff's fault. They were understaffed. I would...

"This beautiful home was build with love and we were made to feel like family. Every inch of the house has been put together with thought and is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was prepared for us on our schedule and was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay here again!"
