"There was definitely some noticeable not cleaned things prior to our stay, (ex: soap rings on the tub, champagne bottles on the curtains and floor) but nothing worth dying over. The shower was big and had two heads which was great."

"The stay was excellent. The rooms were clean, parking was convenient. The fridge and the microwave in the room were good idea, very helpful; especially when you have kids. The only issue I had was the air conditioning, it was difficult to adjust to the desired temperature."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very nice. What I did not like was that my room wasn’t made up every day. They failed to leave a card about hotel policy regarding room cleanup until my last night there. My biggest complaint would be regarding handicap parking. The parking lot is across the road from the hotel. That means a walk from the hotel and back to the hotel. There is also no cutout in the curb for a walker or a wheel chair to navigate. I have a lot of trouble walking. I had to walk to the parking lot and from the parking lot in the street where cars enter and leave. A hotel of this caliber should have a valet to park your car and bring it to you when you leave and enter the premises."

"Very nice area to stay! Self parking is super easy/self explanatory. The resort is almost luxurious and beautiful. The staff were very informative, the room was very clean. I felt safe in the environment, no matter the timeframe. Definitely would book again!"
