"Rooms were not cleaned at all. Floors were filthy and sticky. The pull out couch mattress had very questionable stains all over it. The bed had hair and stains under the covers. The restroom floor was dirty and had hair. The only good thing was they changed out our towels daily. Breakfast was decent. ..."

"Excellent apartment in a nice building. Stayed here during the Yale Alumni weekend. Very quiet building so I was able to get good night rest away from all the noise of the celebrations.
