Quality Inn Loudon-Concord
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here after a concert in Guildford – super clean, beautiful TV and a nice breakfast!"
"The front desk associate at check-in, set the tone for our stay. Yura, was very kind and understanding. I especially appreciated her kindness after a ten hour car ride. She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. There were a few miscommunications at check-in on my part and Yura was very gracious in helping me out. Having worked in hospitality decades ago, I want to commend Yura for her excellent customer service and general people skills. She made our experience wonderful and I truly appreciate her.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next day was very good. I would definitely stay here again."
"Elegant, beautifully decorated Victorian B&B, with friendly host/staff and a great breakfast. Our private bath was just down the hall, other rooms had ensuite bathrooms.Highly recommend this inn if you're passing through the area! Note:The property is slightly set back from a main thoroughfare; the A/C screened out any traffic noise for us. "
"They were currently working on the weeding and outside maintenance. I am sure it will be a 5 in no time. They let us borrow a wheelchair that was onsite after my sister hurt her leg. It was extremely kind and appreciated. The coffee could be a little less acidic, maybe go with the Folgers midnight"
"It was hard to find the drive entrance. We had to use Onstar because the entrance was NOT well marked - the sign (easily missed) simply stated lodging. The driveway had to go through an entrance that passed power transmission before getting to the hotel. They should have a FAIRFIELD INN sign instead of lodging."
