"Breakfast room was quiet since we went early, and there was plenty of room to accommodate the quests as they wandered in. I left something in my room, called back and it was sent right away. Thank you, we will stay again. "

"The property is in disrepair inside and out. My room had damage bad enough i made a point to take pictures shortly after walking in incase they tried to charge me for the damge.The weeds surrounding the building are a couple feet tall. The property feels more like a Motel 6 than a name brand hotel."

"Great property, hot tub was ready and awesome. Beautiful area by the water. Plenty if amenities with a rustic cabin vibe. Easy to get to and not far from Glenwood Springs. Only downside which honestly wasn’t a big deal, just a surprise, was someone’s laundry was left in the washer and dryer. Otherwise we loved this place and would love to come back again. Host was always helpful and quick to respond too. "

"We were just passing through town and stopped at Glenwood Springs. For a lower budget hotel it wasn't bad. Light was out over the bathroom sink but ok. Beds were comfortable and room was adequate. We left early in the morning so I cannot comment on the continental breakfast. No coffee in the room. Their location was convenient to the freeway "
