"Great city centre location (remember Liverpool is a big party town, so don't expect peace and serenity), and big comfortable rooms are great. Slight downside, for us, was being allocated an accessible room which doesn't really fit the bill if you don't need the adjustments made for accessibility. Reception staff for checking in were great and really friendly, and they were also very accommodating with looking after our luggage after checkout. If I was staying a couple more nights, the kitchen would be a fantastic help, and the complimentary coffee at reception was much appreciated. Only a couple of minutes from Lime Street or Central, Liverpool One a short walk away and plenty of good spots for a pint and a bite nearby. Definitely recommend."
