"The property is nice and quiet. Just 5min walk to the city centre and you will all the restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly. The room is clean and big. Amazing experience sleeping in a cave room! Good for solo traveler! Don't forget go out on the rooftop to see watch the hot air balloons at sunrise! Phenomenal. 100% recommended!"

"Fantastic place. Beautiful."

"Unfortunately, this hotel was quite disappointing and felt a bit like a catfish situation. The photos made the property look much nicer than it actually was. I will say that the best thing about this hotel was its location, which was very convenient. We paid extra to upgrade to a suite that featured a jetted tub on the lower level, but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was noticeable mold and mildew around the jetted tub and throughout the walk-in shower, which made the entire space...
