"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. "This was my first time to Cologne and this apartment was absolutely amazing. Located in what I would say was the most beautiful part of Cologne, it is quiet and located close to the Rhein, supermarkets, restaurants, transit. It was very easy to get to where I wanted to go from this location. The host was also incredible and was quick to answer any questions I had and fix any issues. It was absolutely perfect for my 5 week stay and I would definitely stay here again when I return."
