"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection.
