"I have to say that the staff there was amazing! They stayed through the night to get all of the travellers affected by the storm and delayed travel in Munich checked in and many were still there the next MORNING! They were shoveling snow and ice from the walkway and all had a great and friendly attitude!! Amazing! They all deserve Christmas bonuses!!! "
