"I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost. "

"With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside
