"A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. "This is a big house; 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Lots of different rooms downstairs, both inside & out. Good useful space for relaxing both inside & outside. Well equipped kitchen although there is a microwave but no oven. Washing machine is locked away so only maid can use which was odd to us as western Europeans. Very handy for walking to beach & off main road so fairly quiet"

"This hotel is classed as 3 star, but definitely needs to be a 4 star. Room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable big bed. Room was cleaned daily and staff were really polite. The breakfast was Amazing with so much choice and very tasty foods. The hotel is located centrally so you’re in a quiet area but not too far from shops, bars and restaurants, plus the nearest beach was a few minutes walk and not over crowded. A really great place to stay. "
