"Our stay at the Lodge was very nice. The property is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable; especially the bed! We arrived at 2:00 pm and checked on our rooms and the lady at the desk said they had nothing ready for check in. We were there for a wedding and hoped to get in to at least one room early to change for the wedding. I know early check in is based on availability. Being told no was not the problem, her rudeness was. We went back 10 minutes later asking a gentleman at the front desk about the probability of getting into one of the rooms in time to change and he said both your rooms are ready. His kindness was greatly appreciated. "

"Great place to stay! We would 100% stay here again if we come back this way. We were in the lodge part. The rooms were clean and appeared to be recently updated. I never once heard our neighbors while we were in our rooms. There were fire pits and grills to use. The only downside of the lodge is that it’s up the hill from the main building. Not a huge deal though! Do yourself a favor and book this place!! "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! House cleaning was great! Breakfast was ok. Mexican restaurant next door was good. Beds were so comfy! Rooms cleaned and spacious. Swimming pool is great for the kids and the 2 hot tubs were so nice and relaxing! One bad thing was we were on the 4th floor and water pressure was so low, it took about 30 minutes before you got warm water and you had to shower quickly because we would loose the warm water within about 10-15min. Overall this was a wonderful hotel to stay at!"
