We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."

"We went to Ohio to attend a concert. The gates opened at 2:30 and the concert began at 3:00. We arrived at the location around 1:40 and stopped in to see if there were any rooms possibly ready early. They told us no and that they would be ready closer to check in time which was 3:00.
